KITCHEN
The kitchen has two sinks below a window that looks out onto the patio. There is a range of storage cupboards with an abundance of cutlery, crockery, cook ware and glasses. There is a gas hob, an electric fan-assisted oven, and an extractor fan. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and and an electric kettle.
DINING ROOM
This is accessed through an archway from the kitchen, and has a comfortable sofa in front of the wood-burner as well as a dining table. There is built-in shelving for the T.V., the C.D. / D.V.D. player, a range of reading material and brochures guides and maps with local information.
UTILITY
The utility room houses the washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a picnic hamper, a cool box, beaching gear and cleaning equipment.
SITTING ROOM
There is a pretty sitting room on the first floor with a sofa and day bed, perfect for relaxing, and with a small balcony with spectacular views of the mountain peaks that tower up behind the village.
OUTSIDE
There is an enclosed and private courtyard patio with a palm tree, a jasmine, roses and a flower bed. There is a barbeque and furniture for Al Fresco dining. It is cool and shady and provides an ideal spot for whiling away those hot afternoons with a good book.
On the first floor there is a small terrace which catches the last of the sun in the evening. From here is accessed the spacious roof terrace, which has panoramic views of the area. It is furnished with sun-beds and seating and is great for sun bathing.
CLEANING/LINEN
Sheets and towels are changed weekly, and the house is cleaned on a weekly basis.

Gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, iron, microwave, fridge with small freezer, electric kettle, wood-burner, T.V., hairdryer, CD/DVD player, welcome pack, local info and maps.
